1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions define the terms under which Studio Salto — represented by Soledad Ayuga and Adrien Pezennec, independent photographers — provides professional photography and video services in the fields of architecture, hospitality and design.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms by the client.
2. Orders and confirmation
Bookings are made by e-mail exchange between Studio Salto and the client, specifying:
- the location and date of the shoot,
- the type of service (photo, video, drone),
- the intended use of the images (web, press, social media, etc.),
- the format and resolution of the files to be delivered.
The order is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
If the client cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, the deposit remains due to Studio Salto.
For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is retained but may be transferred to a new date within 30 days of the original booking.
In the event that weather conditions make shooting impossible, the session is automatically rescheduled at no additional cost to a mutually agreed date.
4. Execution of the services
Studio Salto carries out the assignment at the agreed location and, when applicable, obtains the necessary drone flight authorizations.
All services are performed in accordance with the technical and artistic parameters agreed upon with the client.
5. File delivery
Images are delivered via SwissTransfer in the format and resolution specified at the time of the order (e.g. TIFF or JPG, 3072×2048 px, 120 or 300 dpi).
Delivery time is 48 hours for photographs and 72 hours for videos, unless otherwise specified in the order.
TIFF source files are archived by Studio Salto for safekeeping.
6. Pricing, expenses and payment
Prices are quoted in euros, excluding taxes and travel expenses.
Any travel, accommodation or special authorization costs are borne by the client and specified in the quotation.
The remaining balance is payable upon receipt of the invoice, by bank transfer.
7. Usage rights
All images produced by Studio Salto remain the intellectual property of their authors, in accordance with French copyright law.
The client is granted a license to use the images solely for the purposes agreed upon at the time of the order (website, press, social media, etc.).
Any additional or different use must be subject to written authorization and may incur additional fees.
Commercial use, advertising campaigns, or transfer to third parties without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
Credit mention “© Studio Salto” is recommended for any published use.
Studio Salto reserves the right to use the images for self-promotion purposes (website, social media, portfolio, exhibitions, press, etc.), unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
8. Liability
The client shall ensure free and safe access to the shooting location and inform Studio Salto of any particular constraints (schedule, safety, confidentiality, etc.).
Studio Salto cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to perform due to external causes (weather, restricted access, force majeure, etc.).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute concerning their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille, France.
